SHIPPING POLICY

Handmade Production and Dispatch

Our products are handmade. Orders are normally completed and dispatched within 2–7 days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Production time is separate from delivery time. If a custom order requires a different preparation period, we will agree this with you before purchase. We will contact you about significant delays.

Delivery Destinations

We currently offer standard shipping to:

United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Malaysia.

Availability for your specific delivery address is confirmed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery normally takes approximately 5–15 days after dispatch, depending on your destination and local delivery conditions.

This estimate does not include the 2–7 day handmade production period.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs checks, public holidays, weather and local carrier conditions may cause delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on the destination and combined product weight. Packing is included in the quoted shipping charge.

The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$70 or more after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes.

We currently do not offer Express shipping.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when your parcel is dispatched and tracking becomes available.

If your parcel is overdue, appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

Delivery Address

Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address when ordering.

Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Any necessary additional delivery charges will be discussed with you where applicable and permitted by law.

Import Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges.

Amounts collected by us are shown at checkout. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the relevant authorities or carrier, subject to applicable law.
